Up in the night to write, so slept in later to insure 8 hours. The creative life does not confine itself to schedules well, but it can when that is part of the mark.

All does get moved even easier & more exactly when I am willing to allow my rhythm to find its own way. This is harder at some points of life than others.

I did actually work with this in having children naturally & breast-feeding not on a schedule. I made myself available to my & the children's timing. Doing this still with my creative writing life.

It all comes if you wait for it & you will be ready even if you do not realize it. The formula for success on all levels is wait, listen, & move with the signal. Finding one's inner signals takes a keen watch & a willing enthusiasm.

Watch & learn your signals. They are all basically similar. They are in the pattern of your own DNA. These signals carry enthusiasm & that is key.
