There are those that are trying to make this electrical climb an illness, a lack of, and an inability to heal. They are naming it all kinds of things, & can't quite grasp the size of the summit, & instead of sticking to the course of this need, renewal, they have made it a Vegas Nerve degeneration, while  in actuality it is a Vegas Nerve regeneration, that renews the body to function on a whole new level. In the Spring we are very aware of the patterns of nature. We hold the same pattern of nature inside our own bodies. Spring is very patient with the gradualness of its emergence that I often fling myself out into its awakening like I’m a fully fledged periniel., and I must go back in and come out more like a newbie. I must not scold my body and forget it’s alchemy. It does have aftermath if I am not kind. I am starting to let down much more into its own rhythm. I lay down on my Yoga mat outside and look at the beautiful sky above me and allow myself time to take in blue of acceptance. I merge my body with a quitter response in the stretch and I build myself slowly into the alchemy of Spring.Like crocus I start out with blue and yellow, and steadily I become green and pink and purple and red. Up in the night writing this week's class, I honor the room within me. I am now within the beginning of the layers of the Garden Plan, & I must allow the effervescence to bubble between each page. Allowing little resistance, I begin to let the walls down, & rebuild them more securely, with air between all the layers. I roar the terrible roar, & watch out for Max that begins to come home for soup. A light diet needed now, to bend the terrible bend, to make the deep pitch, to go under the roots of trees, all part of the great shield created by effervescence. Holding the rudder steady, I require very little of the Garden Plan, as I now smell my way through.

Rained early this morning, walked in the garden with Robert to bring up the heat in my body. Much easier to fold & bend in this moist watery garden. Small sprouts begin to heat up from below, & reach up through the moist soil. Moving things around in our minds, so we can move through this gesture of Vaporization. The Garden is always alchemical, & in the Spring it always sits in the middle of my alchemical mind. We conjugate, collaborate, & corrugate together, in what is this year's Garden Plan. I ask the soil what it can hold, I ask the borders of the garden if they are sovereign in this time. The whole garden moves in our mind; shifting, & posting, & clarifying. We are Water bodies bound by heat, grounded by Earth. In the Spring our bodies begin to join with the Water body inside the Earth. What is seeded is granted rain, & it begins to climb. We begin to move toward it, it comes above ground, & we reach down into it. We begin the relationship of Earth & Water, & at first it's a strain, but we have a glorious hunger for this Alliance, so we reach deep into the Earth to communicate our longing. I feel this strain, I feel this hunger, & once again prepare to fill this relationship, that I have had all my life with Earth.
