Exploring the tightness of this fold, air & ether, I breathe deeper & moisten the crease with allowance. The time it takes to listen is forgiven & the future is less pushed. This is the key & it has taken me many years to surrender to the lock.

It takes a willing conception of what is needed, even if it is not heard. A causeway is formed & the very nature of spoken begins. I bend my intention into the fold, & surrender to the crease that life makes.

Our eco system is trying to change & it is adjusting us to new ways of thinking, & many storms arise & we learn more at how to weather the storm, hold the rudder steady,  & how to care for ourselves & others. We learn that some storms actually improve our talents at surviving, & creating of a new & much more nurturing future for us all.

We are learning to hear better our own aches & pains of this reach & others. We are learning, each day, where our balance is. Sometimes it is hard to understand if my body is falling apart or if it is stronger through learning more balance, & I have let myself down into this conversation without diagnosis, so I can make the daily expansion more a conversation than an illness.

How can we ever learn our language of wellness, if we never speak it when our body grieves inside its cells to release old untruths? I sit today inside these cells with an openness to its right to cry & release pain. I no longer am going to shut my little girl up to behave. She & I will crawl up together on my bed & speak of many things. This time is not so much to stay alive, but instead, be alive.

When we are willing to follow & get even a more certain path, we become more resonate, before we even realize & speak. We are resonate as the seed & it is planted, germinated, before we even come out of our dreaming. We take on an accord with the talk of why we have reached this day.

As we let the garden germinate within us, we become aware of all that makes heat. Potential arises through me & I have become more astute at reading the Garden Plan for 2021.

We have moved to steel troughs, shaped like Ether, & 3 feet deep. We are moving our dirt- delivered, & plenty of worn casts. This will allow the care of better soil, warmer beds, & saving of water.

This will create much more potential in the Garden Plan. This took a lot of conversation around the table & throughout the day, & generation of enthusiasm. As potential rises in us, we begin to see the firm reliance that we now need.

Planning seed's germination in our garden, creative work, & within our lives. Slowly recovering from the Kundalini rise, & much was moved by their running, connecting, releasing threads of light, & I surrender to the falling into, with more acceptance.

Up slowly this morning, very aware of the 2-way stretch needed in such 'Janus' times. I begin to feel all the directions I have been & how they feed me in this stretch of above & below.

I am more subtle now in my ways, but also others that were subtle that now is not. I am a little shaky, as I now pass through the knot of ten & begin to recline more to rest every agent of my body that now conveys more of who I am to myself.

Subtle no's & yes's mark me as a navigator & a raven totemic. I rely more now on my vision at the cross roads of life & the world as this time. I am trimming up, I am storing up all the twigs, branches, & greenery of our Christmas tree past in the Garden.

It all will be used in a blessed way, for fiber bundles. Bunches of twigs & limbs push into the fold of many things. Evergreens & pines are such consummate healers of the past memories. I breathe in the tremors & anxiousness of these times & their uncertainties that my body has collected like stories to be told, untold, & never spoken.

The quivering are only leaves rustling the wind of our giant trees. I root in the mycelial patterns & fibers of my own treeness, like some small particle of awareness.

Ether (Space) is the energy of Spring & all its new approaches. To carry this energy on through is what the fire of space has been heated up for. I must sit straighter ahead when I write & keep my eye on the provisions that are provided from the winter's deep travel.

Spring's potential is just beginning to rise up & the ground must be cleared & then prepared, but most of it now does its own preparation. We planned carefully yesterday, as we all sat around in the sun & walked our very small acreage. How do you make something abundant in a very small space?

We are going to use ether shaped troughs to build a new bridge for our seeds to grow that need deeper roots. Buckets are going to be for beans and nasturtiums to climb the garden walls & trellises & all around our yoga space.

Two smaller screen houses - one for meditation & one to eat, talk, & muse in the garden. We will nourish our soil with our compost of all the cracked shells of the winter. All the pecking out we have had to do together to strengthen our neck muscles.

This is the time for the Roll Exquisite. The Exquisite Roll of potential, as we listen to the 2021 Garden Plan. Spring rolls, indeed.

This so hits the mark for me after this equinox setting of spring. I feel a bit undone & I must hold myself gently awake. I must watch my own way & observe their curves & currents.

When I lived on a Ky. farm years ago, for about 17 years, I always noticed in the spring the lakes and ponds turned over, & what was below came to the above & the water was a bit sulphery.

I have also noticed that on this mystical journey & life, I have this seem to happen to me. I usually have Kundalini rises & I have learned how to sit into this. Much is always changed, but is not always an easy time.

Then all changes & much is gained. I cannot push myself like some mafia bully, & I cannot hurry it beyond its timed course. I can though get down in it & dig. I dig into the subtle clues that life provides & notice all the details. 

I am sharing each day the details of my alchemical life & journey, because I have known I am not alone, & in sharing with you, you are not alone, & this makes us bonded in very deep ways.

A certain amount of tension abounds on both sides of the coin. I need to let go & stand inside where I am & see my feet & its depths. To be in a place where life seems to insist is where I must become more real than either side, & the conflict is written down as in charge & parent to.

This is not what is between, but more what insists from both sides. Closing the eyes for a moment & reopening them in a blink. The power of that blink is so centering that the middle is the deciding force.

I must give the middle room to insist what it is. I must allow the crack to happen, as the cosmic egg begins to crack & emerge. I must allow time to strengthen my neck, & convey its meaning & existence in this present state & time.

What was once cannot be, but what will be is not quite here yet. The wise one out speaks in the Silence. I must let harmony exist between what I hear & what I speak.

There is a normality that they give me & show me the order of this alchemy & how to center myself in their realization of the alchemy in each day, & it is not related to the pandemic as 'cause'. We are more located in our Intention than what has been called Pandemic.

It is not outside our Need as life purpose. It has not stopped our life, but instead it is part of our own alchemy, & I feel I must make room for the real normality.

Normal has never left & it still is. Ones who follow themselves find that wherever they go they they are, & what is there is part of Intentional & this intentional is your plan, not another's. I will bend into this today & apply no extreme violent remedies. 

Some move as if violence is part of the remedy & they find racial conflict is their normal, but it is not normal we need, but instead something much more evolival, compassionate, recognizing. We are here to create a new plan of love, not roll around in the mud of the old plan of power & hate.

As I sit & remember the most fantastic dream of my whole life, that was threaded as lucid, I feel this space of Rebirth. I had had a series of my colorful dreams, and I ended my journey with a dream that will stay with me forever.

 I was looking from our living room into the dining room & I saw large art work coming down off the walls, even out of the artwork itself. So colorful, rich, & animated. Large tree roots coming out of them.

Other pieces, as they came off the walls, had a whole tree root system, that was rooted inside the walls of the House. No art was just hanging, it was fully rooted, like a forest. All my family & community was there assisting with taking the art to a show of some kind.

Large Beings from the art with cray-paz, pieces of woven cloth, & then I noticed they were shielded, like some Ancient Warriors. One with a bright red kind of shield, I then realized they were the Return of the Ancient Fey, and they were Warriors. The Red Warrior was against Racial Conflict, another was a Warrior against poverty & starvation, another was for the protection of Gaia, & another was for Expanded Consciousness, each carrying different Mycelial Light Imprintsial Patterns.

Everyone was helping them unroot from the walls, as if they all were from an ancient Woods. I was so thrilled & amazed, & happy. To See these Warrior Guardians of our world become animated as they unrooted from the walls was unbelievable for me.

Everything is starting to connect in ways we never imagined. I am so grateful for this Space of Rebirth.

Well, I noticed it coming, but I did not understand what it was or why. I did not require understanding to begin, & last night I dreamt of its brilliance & I knew & Felt it more fully, then I recognized the Need & the 10 of 10 began to build the understanding.

So many will not take in what they do not fully understand, but that is not fulfilling, because it is backwards & nothing of content moves. This is why our brains use such a small territory & we are limited to small thoughts that cannot move us into an unlimited potential.

The center of our awareness is always connected to our mycelial light patterning, & our intelligencia of divine threading is always processing through our knowing & feeling. The knowing & feeling are the center of why we embody, & each day we connect to mycelial fibers to this light.

Understanding is the result of this connection, but is not the lighting force as many believe. We must Know & Feel first, & the Recognition of this will light the Torch of Understanding, & this will light the other forces of the 10 of 10; To Know, To Feel, To Recognize, To Understand, To Discern, To Believe, To Realize, To Actualize, To Manifest, Is.

The order in which my life evolves is changing in a very deep way. How I see myself & my intentions are shifting, & my curiosity is settling in to bigger questions & a simpler way of attention.

I enter each day in a more settled & deeper way. Less scattering & an ability to keep in touch with myself & those I love. I do not know as of yet, my successes or failures, but I am finding a new told of each.

I have made so many direct decisions that unsettle me in who I think I am. These decisions seem to be part of a more deliberate me, who knows what she knows is part of something large.

 I think when we decide to live deeper many decisions change & surprise us. Into this alchemical position many things start to become more mystifying, & the vapors of vaporization make us feel as if we cannot see through Water, but we can, if we change the way we see Water (Emotion).

Emotion is necessary to assist Fire in driving a locomotive successfully. Spring is coming & we must line up our locomotion, so we can germinate, sprout, & raise seeds for a richer life ahead.

Making space & time for a new & singular plan, I become more moved by an innate wisdom that I trust. I have become more available to this truth than ever before. There is much in our lives that allows room & I must seek it out.

The first feeling of this day is to hold the rudder steady & trust. The most relevant feeling I need for today. There are many spaces of need, but I cannot attend to all of them at once. I must allow the tide to rise without expectation or demand.

All is settling into plan at this time & trust is what my body needs, to become this effervescence without bubbling over & flattening. What has been help in my makeup is starting to reveal itself. The cardinal way of this time is coming seen, & I need to completely accept & consume it as part of.

The feeling of this acceptance will generate a greater vitality to create beyond where we have been. To have more grace, ease, regeneration, & compassion of vitality & opportunity than ever before.

Breathe in love, breathe out fear. Signals are being sent. Love is purposing this time. Hope, Compassion, & Love are the Keys.

I never understood what this quote meant to John Mumford when he put this under Rebirth, but I feel today I might understand more. For me it says that this lifetime we cannot afford to stay asleep. We cannot waste a life by being ungrateful.

We are reborn each morning as we open our eyes. We often have new thoughst, new ideas of solving, troubles worked out in dreaming & rested limbs, often refreshed as if our body revived.

Yes, rebirth, second chance, a new picture which allows us to live better, if listened to. The world's rules about sleep; when, where, how much, & what to wear, are becoming a bit vague & forgettable in this pandemic.

As an artist it can be very supportive. So when does renewal happen now? Rebirth is not on a clock, & it does not gestate always the same thing. Some days I never leave my pjs & I am wearing softer, looser, more moveable, and cuddly days and night. I have quit the day of visiting, but instead entered the day of being visited by my compassion, creativity, & inner mentoring.

Birthing is becoming an every day thing, instead of being bottled up until Friday.

Leaning into this day a little earlier than usual, I realize that each day moves itself as it is, and if I am smart I will roll with it as if it is my breath. I council myself within each breath I take time to feel & fortify.

Breath is a gift that each day provides to assimilate our needs. Some days require more understanding than others. In a real day there are different curves & obstacles & breath is essential for all. Air & fire are the alchemical need of emotion & the fundamental expression of what our lives have to say.

If I listen to my breath & how it moves within me I will be more aware of what it is saying to me. Breath is a language of its own & it reaches the depths of all my cells. It speaks to each cell & each cell speaks to it of its needs.

How much change do we realize in our breath? In this air & fire speak & our flow is occupied by how much they share in every moment. I need to become more aware of this language, so I can nurturer myself from above & below.

In this I can understand my body as it responds to itself in my day. Wearing my breath as a Sacred Cloth of Witness.

Centering into my body & becoming more aware of what now approaches, I take nothing for granted. I am so grateful to exist & be granted room to become more aware. The silent cost of this time must not be taken for granted. The 'cosmic egg' is such a reality for me, no longer a foreign thought or concept.

I am pregnant with my own consciousness & its need for a wider berth, & I must keep my eye on the horizon. I must not uninstall myself of vision, but instead give myself more room to have it. I must honor the vision that is now opening within me, because it is what I have been waiting for & making room for in both my heart & mind.

To settle into ones own time approaching is to notice the divine footsteps of your own Intention. Your place, once hidden, but now becoming more framed with your acceptance of what sees you. You are no longer hidden from your consciousness or imagination, & you too notice the tools you brought with you. All you are & love is in your apron pockets & it is time to put your hand inside & relieve yourself of fear that it is dead & withered away.

I remember my little sister outside for an hour, because she was afraid to put her hand into her little blue coat, because she was afraid of something alive or dead in it, & finally when she did, it was an old banana peel. We will eventually have to put our hand in & see a wider Horizon.

What is the appointed hour for exploring one's earlier life and early years of decision making? When my parents, when I was 19, decided to divorce, I was in nurse's training and we had our own Pandemic and quarantine. I cried till my eyes would not cry anymore.

Then when I was about 33, I had at the time 4 boys and I was a farm wife. There was a call and my dad was no longer in my life. I had not seen him but once in about 15 years. He and his co-pilot were flying a Learjet over the Gulf of Mexico, and had signaled that they were in trouble, and then they & their plane were never found again.

Their company had been removing the toggle safety switch, because they had been brow-beating their pilots to go faster and faster with less sleep, and 15 years later the company went to trial because of my father's death or disappearance, and several other pilots.

He had taught me to fly when I was a young girl, and greatest concern was my confidence to be who I am. I made a very sharp curve in my life and he told me to keep my eye on the horizon. Now as a Visionary Alchemist and writer, he is very near many sometimes in my life. 

I decided last night to make a small handmade collage book about him and see what moves forward, to work out the mystery of him in my life. He was always such a kind guardian for me. Waking up a bit more solid this morning, I take time to breathe in more room and constancy for myself. Things gather and fade and I wonder what is now beginning to show itself at my door. More Hope and positive forefront. 

I relax into my own way and question it less. This gives me more room for transformation. I sit here inside my joy and a less disturbed reference. I am pressed at times that I am fading from the world, and this in itself is very suspicious, because I actually am feeling more solid and purposeful in myself and work.

Sometimes we fall asleep to ourselves and we do not notice it at first. We even forget the value of our deep breath, and start breathing shallower and shallower breath. Our sight becomes kind of wadded up and entangled in what blinds us to ourselves.

I must stay awake to myself and my transformative alchemical work. Robert and I are visionary alchemists and even though we are human, we must not fall asleep to our super powers, capes, and boots that fly. Age is not a destination or process, it is a gathering of wisdom and simply nothing else.

This is not a time to hold our breaths. We are safe, we are healthy, we are happy, we are strong, wise and thrive, we live easily.

This is a time of asking for a Squared Perspective as you are being the mountain contemplating a mutual harmony in your life. Each time I ask for a Squared Perspective, I am entering the complexity of answered questions and being ready for their very origamic answers.

Taking in the small muscle tension that arrives from old childhood registries, that surface without our registry of their origins. These are reactions that move without our conscious realization, from someone else's rules that seem to become who we are, and this is a lie that we often live with.

We do not like something because someone else did not like something, and we do not even remember who or why. These are points of judgment, prejudice, and casting out that we think are our taste, and it is significant to who we are.

The small creases of disturbance that we don't sense, but instead react to. I am asking for a clearer view of the origins of these creases that are not mine, and I have lost memory of their Original conversation. Parents, teachers, siblings, religious figures, school to television, and these in turn are not aware of theirs.

Allowing the moisture to penetrate through my mind allows me more room for the heat, so I will begin to move into place some paint and form. I enter this day fully lit by my own awareness of this time.

I allow my courage to lay down the ground I will walk upon. Every day is unique to itself and much attention is needed to keep the Alchemical Fire balanced. My sleep was very gathered and each layer connected to the next, like a connecting tapestry, always licking its tongue to moisture each layer to the next.

Much has been pinpointed into place and the day will be very connected and guided through. I must remember to listen intently, so all the marks made will be seen by me. I follow the flow and the flow follows me.

This is my prayer of heat, and the balance is in the moisture contained in my thought. I can bend and penetrate the Cloth of myself into a Sacred Witness.

Beginning once again to embody a Karmic wrapping up of the past with the now present. How long do we have to wait for these things to finally happen? It is a relief as the past goes rolling out and we must change the reason why we do things.

The obligatory is the first to go, and there is the have tos that you no longer notice in its very beginnings that must not be your reason. I am rewriting my why's and how's, because they may be good, but no longer good enough.

Many started in childhood and are still whining around. I breathe in love and out those too fearful places that try to mark your way. How many years have I been afraid of many unknown things? How many times have I moved over to make room when there is not room?

I have survived because my beloved does not ask this of me, but I was trained this way, like so many women. These are the small muscles you don't even notice that clinch, and they have been clinching since childhood in a dream that spoke to you from beyond the veil.

I surrender Dorothy and my promise, and make a whole new one less frightening and more congenial. Yes, yes, yes.

As I enter deeper into this year in its 3rd month, the 3rd guardian of 'Is it necessary' is very right for what I make room for. I make room for some and let go of the others, because it is the immediate I must take my attention to.

What word, whose word, and when, all part of what I must focus in on and let the question find the answer. Word is powerful and if it is called it will hear and come. Words are so sorty and when we hear them we assume they did not come from us.

But I am and you are the one calling and answering yourself, don't you remember? I have come to be the one at the end of both phones. At one point I went to the other end of my phone & answered my call. There is no evil one at the other end, it is just you in some other link of time, just further on and more answered.

Pick up the phone, because you are President, Pope, God & Goddess, Monster, Mystic, Genius, Traveler, Truth-teller. Own all your own property, Ancient Fey that you are.

The beauty of the Word, when it is given in gratefulness can move most hearts. When I speak, my gratefulness I feel the power of everything. On the tip of the tongue sits all the words not said.

I want to move my own senses to a deeper expression of my heart, and sleep at night surrounded by my words of recognition, love, and gratefulness. All the said words of caring floating in my pool of dreams.

Life is much simpler than we allow it to be. Small words making immense differences. Beauty unsaid in our awakening. To personify the love I am is to bring forward the Word-- the Logos, and its powerful projection of spirit.

Water Seed of Ether: Synergy

The earth is starting to awaken deep underground, despite the cold and Spring will arrive this month and I feel it stirring inside of me. Kundalini is stronger for me in the Spring and Fall. It is a seasonal flush, and every year I must remind myself of this and make adjustments to my life, routine, and practice.

More deep meditation, walking, Yoga, and more stretching to avoid tension from the heated current. Kundalini is a healing force, a consciousness shifter and I have often been rendered clueless by it. It has begun and much in me is shifting in the way I feel and think. The synergy for me in the Spring is my relationship with my body and Gaia. I have raised at least a 1,000 seedlings each year for about 50 years.  I sense so much when I plant the new seed in the black dirt of the Mother. Some seeds need soaking, a certain position, and scoring to open them up to light. I feel I sometimes am that way to open me up to new ground, new ideas, and the flourishing of my connectial synergy with the healing life of trees, flowers, and herbs. They are my medicine and synergy with my body. I am presently writing a book on Yoga as my conversation with my body, as I bend into the language right now. I must soak, bend into the seed of myself, and score my frame to open more to moisture, so I can have a synergy with all of Gaia.

I love how John Mumford speaks this relationship and this is so like mine and Robert's. We are fire and air, and love the mutual harmony that this gives. There is a good deal of shift happening now and we both feel the need to curl up into a ball together.

This shift is very necessary. So we will lean back into it today. Not so much doing, but more entering together, but slowly. Many new equations to be assimilated. This, a time for cozy and easy natured things.

A time to listen and ask good questions and sniff around for the answers. A deepening is essential now in all the rhythms of the world, planet, and galaxy. One foot down on the floor and one foot up in willingness to travel within.

The outside narrows to receive more inner travel and its new equations. What was before is no longer as available, and this is good. There is a new angle of entry that is being formed and this is needed for our future.
