This is so the truth of it all, but this morning something ususual, not expected, fell from the ceiling on top of our sleeping bodies. One of my son's beautiful hand-made long handled brooms hanging above our bed, fell across us while we were sleeping. Now I don't know if that means company is coming, but I was surprised at how calm I was. It was intriguing & its one of his brooms that has a carved face on the handle, so that's a signal of something's coming. So, since it landed on us in the bed, we both decided to move slowly, take pictures of it across us, & muse about what it has to say. So, something's comin' a knockin' & we are rolling out more gently, & we don't quite know why, but Air Seed of Water is moving around in our bed, calming us with a signal of Broom. Got up & moved more easily into meditation & Yoga early, before my day began, since December. I have had to pocket my moments of meditation, Yoga, chi gong, spread out throughout the day. Now there seems to be more resolve built, and more ease for morning space of conversation with my body, my mind, & my spirit. This is an appetite for movement, & I have been increasing it for 4 months. These are precious words at this time. Woke up this morning more ready to venture into the garden. Since I am the family seeder/sower, I began to engage my hand with dirt. Speaking to the seeds is a rare moment of honoring our dreams, our health, and planting freedom for the people of Ukraine. Each seed I plant I intention. Putting Water into a special container, Robert and I spit into it for the seeds to register the needs of our DNA, to be nurtured by the needs of our bodies and that of our family. We are a chosen family, not necessarily related by blood, but Will alone to corrugate our lives, like the seed does through the soil. We are braver than some, and not as much as others. Our Boldness is in our Listening, listening for words that come from a new seed, more conscious, more compassionate, more loving, more intended, and each day we Boldly go forward, and today we boldly seed our future and the future of those we love to live in a world more awake to the uncommon thread.  Definitely in the process of starting new projects, & an adjustment evidently needed to be made, & I fell down three steps as I came down to the first floor, grounding myself. In this fall, which evidently was an adjustment, so I could foundation it squarely. I'm sore & achey, but all my meridians are stronger than ever, & I am more aligned. A wonderful healer once told me that sometimes falls are re-alignments, & I have found this true in my life. Not often, but from time to time, & it seems to always re-align me into the forward foundation. So I have found that our bodies sometimes take a faster route, than we thought we were ready for, but actually so needed, so Earth Seed of Earth, Foundation for me needed a slight adjustment to ground deeper. Sometimes life & worries & struggles push us out of the depth of who we are, & we must reclaim it back before we begin. Up in the night, a bit achey, but feeling set up right.
