I love this alchemical position & I feel it settling within me. Did Chi Gong with Robert in this very cool foggish air. Sometimes its so nice to not be able to see much beyond the square you live in, it helps you be able to bring all you need into the closer perspective of sight. I sit in the garden swing & I contemplate the starting & all the elements I require for this day, & all the elements. Yesterday Robert & I gave our weekly class & the subject was the 'Butterfly Effect'.
