Sitting early inside the seeds of this day & feeling the round sounds of its very beginnings. Gratefulness was the powerful subject of our Alchemical Rede Class yesterday, & it has so deeply changed me in intention alone.

Gratefulness is the fire of enthusiasm. It alone can create resolve in the most profound ways. As it grows like a seed within us it connects us to the mycelial of our entire world, & even others.

It is the only eye that sees. I include the hidden & the profound. Take a seed into your hand & place it between you thumb & index finger, & speak of your gratefulness for it.

Start with a nasturtium & move from seed to seed, till you eventually hold oak, an acorn, & ground into the tree you are most connected to, & this will create a great resolve within you.

I have come to the Rowan. When you come to the full seed of any tree, you are part of the seed of all of them. Resolve dancing as a tree.
