This is not a time to shake things up, but it is a time to enthusiastically more forward. We have begun to engage our garden daily. We are building a meditation platform in our garden & it is coming together sweetly.
We are planting flowers & vegetables all around it & I am looking forward to being in their close proximity, while I do Yoga & meditate. Building places for our sound connections with our mind, body, & spirit is essential for a centered life of balance.
The central focus of this alchemical position is the balance of the mind, body, & spirit. All approaching the rise without either one pushing the other over & spilling out of balance. This is very key, so the the energy of creation can actually build into a manifested Is of what we each dream.
One can grow heady in the expectations of Spring so an allowing nature will always help. I love this time of juiciness, but you must keep it in your mouth to taste it. A sweet balance in our bodies that will later assist us in everything.
