Worked yesterday with creating a pattern shift, & now assimilating all the new information as a result. The bigger the pattern shift, the bigger the information, so when this happens we must take time to celebrate & rest, & give room to the new pattern & its rhythm.
This is alchemy, so it is felt through our human system. Many people are surprised they are slower & need more rest, but the body is not a machine, it is tactily flesh & organ, brain, heart, & all these have to, each one, recalculate their part & rhythm in the new equation.
Children & adults at home can do this, but work & school does not allow for this, so they suffer from the lack of it. How we could all survive the last year & 1/2 is because most were home, & that rhythm could give the body, mind, & spirit the room it needed to recalculate & sit in a new pattern that might create real change of healing in our world.
A more gradual return to our rhythms of the outer world is more compassionate & revealing of what this new rhythm is.
