Alliances for me must always begin within myself, and this allows me to have alliances with others. Other may be animate, inanimate, human, spirit, or others, so at frequency levels of my life this alchemy of Water Seed of Earth is essential. So now this alliance, for me, is meditation first in the morning, then coffee and tea, tomato juice, shake, in the garden in the sun.
