Navigating the lubrication of my joints deeper in Yoga, I learned that the 2-way stretch is necessary for the lubrication of the joints, and the flexibility of the different ankles needed, to become assured of the present by the acuity of the past.  Coming closer to Earth today, while sitting in the rain in my swing, I realize that the whole process of allowing is giving time to slowness, to wait for the elements within me to mix, and allow the Water to Earth me. Right now I don't need a big storm, but what I do need is swinging in the rain outside in my Ogham Temple, allowing some musing to enter the mix, creating a deeper mix with myself. Interesting message from our early morning laziness. I want to mark this day when I can't quite find my pencil, maybe a crayon will do. Child play is about my speed this morning. I want to sit and swing, and breathe in the gray, but that won't do, so I'll call in the enthusiasm of bright colors, and mobilize my enthusiasm. Being ready for Fall, before it gets here, so we can catch ourselves in  very creative way. Rethinking our age, because we are timeless. Sometimes one has to wake up very early to gather up enough enthusiasm to work with Fire Seed of Fire, so one must go to sleep early, and that is not always easy, so we must move things around to think differently. Today we talked about stick-ability, as a witness to our commitment. When we look at the pattern fluctuation needed, it's like working with a menu and time over-rides plan. In our lives we become upset when the time we need is over-run by plan. We try to stick to plan, but our body resides in time, so when it is time to eat, and the menu is not done, we stick to the time and change the menu, so that the body can regain and maintain its balance, so when it is 5, and the menu does not allow the time to eat, we stop and eat peanut butter. Grateful. Combing the fibers through my hair, like threads of gold, I imagine myself as Air moving through Earth, illuminating my life in the darkness, so that I can see everything under my feet as lit.
