Today we talked about stick-ability, as a witness to our commitment. When we look at the pattern fluctuation needed, it's like working with a menu and time over-rides plan. In our lives we become upset when the time we need is over-run by plan. We try to stick to plan, but our body resides in time, so when it is time to eat, and the menu is not done, we stick to the time and change the menu, so that the body can regain and maintain its balance, so when it is 5, and the menu does not allow the time to eat, we stop and eat peanut butter. Grateful.
