Coming from the distance of a very interior week, I calm myself with the nurturance of my combination with Fire, myself, & Air, Robert. Feeling the comfort of this beautiful, crisp, sunny Native American Heritage Day of gratefulness. A life more squared than ever before, I take in the gift of the foundation of Gaia. I sit in all the patterns that we have arranged within our lives, & home, & family. All squaring themselves for this moment in time. 

We had croissant & egg salad with mushroom tea & mushroom coffee with raspberry preserves, all coming together for the most delicious, insightful, & calm moment in time. We look forward into the future because we are here now. To be fully here now is to know that your life is corrugating, squaring, & positioning itself for love, compassion & ease. Beautiful crisp morning, small walk to our blessed covered temple space. Feet on Gaia, soft swing, in complete admiration of this day. Aspiration, like small ladders reaching up to the top of the Christmas Tree. Climbing up through the branches of pine, cedar, & spruce, all trees of aspiration. 

Bumping into small ornaments in my mind, allowing the ribbons to fall through the branches I reach. Earth & Air, always accompanying me in my elaborate memories of this time of year. Making little tea parties on different levels of the trees, I open myself to music, small gatherings, & electrical gestations. In this space of alchemy I remember why the Air of Solstice begins to start flowing through me, as my feet stand on Gaia. Pumpkin pie & other trains of fall exploration, squash & pine nuts, yeast rolls, & apple cider, all making the alchemy of Air & Earth begin to whisper & create a space of memory.

Bright this morning, only a little damp from a small rain & our little temple space we covered yesterday still intact. An older oval domed-shaped tent wore out over the years & we moved its beautiful metal frame to the side yard & made it the frame for a small uncovered (except climbers) for our swing, yoga, & meditation, & creative space. We covered it yesterday with clear plastic so we can be in it with chairs & small tables, in addition for sunny winter days we could be with Gaia & coffee. Ever since I was a small girl I found swinging transformative & transmuting of any threads of worry & tension. It is fun & freeing for my Fire. I swing every day as I can to nurture my nervous system, which is so sensitive & fragile at times. Creating this space for winter allows me to heal myself as I always have done since I was small. My father build me a sandbox bigger than the swing set & I would put my feet in the sand & swing & sing for hours.

Some things do not change as we grow older. My Totem is Raven & this is my closest way to feel flight, other than art & meditation. This helps me dream my way through life in this world. ~ Raven Su.Sane, Clarity

This is an important alchemical position, & because the way the world moves we can often miss it. We are often told if it does not seem to work right away, we need to change it & re-do. We should gather more & new materials, thoughts, or manners. 

This way interferes with the deep & exact way of things. We seldom hear what we have is enough, & the time that waits is on the mark. I have followed this earlier in my life & have fallen over in exhaustion, not even knowing it was complete in itself.

What life seems to be for is not always what it appears to be. All the early in me got worn out, & now I sit with enough. All the praise we get is really unworthy of our original thought.

We sink into our own piece of Gaia we are, & listen to the Mother & our own beginnings. The singular volume of one life is given to the singular volume of place, & this allows us to see we are enough for all we need at the right time & place.

So the Start is to begin to use what we are & have. I start here, where I now stand.
