 I used to think that we needed one studio and I realize, since my life is my art, that I can't do it without a good stretch between at least 5 small studios, like Janus, seasonal, emotional, elemental, that is how my life is in the Garden Plan, so I must stretch, like Air Seed of Air, to accommodate the art, and all the seasons of my life. Navigating the lubrication of my joints deeper in Yoga, I learned that the 2-way stretch is necessary for the lubrication of the joints, and the flexibility of the different ankles needed, to become assured of the present by the acuity of the past. The future is growing out of not just this past, but many pasts, and there is more hope in it than it seems. There is a locked in awareness that originates its claim to consciousness from an original pattern that we all contain. Much of the spoken in this time does not originate from this pattern, but this pattern of love and compassion, awareness and understanding, resides within our original selves. The DNA reflects this more than we realize. Survival is more wearable now, than ever before. We are more centered as a world than can be told, but it will rise up within us in the time needed. I'm starting to feel a bit like a roofer, the way of my Robert and my grandfather, climbing up and down the chimney and roof, I bridge over with one ladder to the rooftop of the chimney next door. Next door being the future. I am learning to balance myself in the two-way stretch, from past to present, present to future, and future to past. This is the alchemy of the every day life, and it cannot be skipped, so get a rope, strap it around your legs, so if you fall you won't hit the bottom, but instead, swing over the abyss and reach a safe future. Patience with the old and the new, as it passes through once again. What part of the old is really part of the new, and what part of the new carries threads of the past making sure the threads of the part are exactly what I want? Time is only verdict about what is now. It is only there to make your now more visible. Now is the only time, the other is a remix. In Alice, at the bottom of the fall is only now, and a remix of what was, could be, and will be. Only in the moment are you actually eating from the cake of size and time. This alchemical position

This alchemical position unlayers this day perfectly, and I feel I have already begun, like so many times in this exploration in what alchemy is in the everyday life. Even if you don't realize it it goes on, realizing it helps you take the curves easier and catch the window before it closes. What a wonderful Pandora's box to own as part of your own power. There is a vastness about this alchemical position. I woke up in this stretch feeling the above and below, the before and after, the upside downside. I'm in the center and it's all spinning around, like an accelerated clock, and things that would not open before are opening, and I must work fast or it might catch my foot in the door. I hold onto my counter like a clock, and stay with its beat, and resonate with its tick tock. Staying centered so that I can be part of the clock, not outside, but instead in sync. Moving creative center to new location, everything from the past is moving into a new location for the creative center, Everything from the past is finding a new way and place in our creative center, somethings forward are put behind, and somethings behind are put forward. It's hard to step these forward sometimes and needing to take time for the right leg, the right foot to move more forward and carry a new load. Out in Moon bath to cool the leg in the Yoga area to stretch the hip and do Chi Gong. Clearing the passage way more for the forward leg. Right leg, first thought.
