 Moving through the many skills that I have learned in the past, awakening new skills for this day of Water and Air, need both early. The foundation of my day is Gaia. I sit in the garden to paint, to meditate, to work with the flowers, got harvest herbs, basil and thyme, sage and parsley, all these oils, fragrances, mixed with the earth, and then mixed with our work, our painting, our writing, the digital frequency of new patterns, wind, sacred movement, and constancy move this alchemical day into the treasure it is, foundation.  Change of perspective, a need for me in many small ways, that build to create the shift I need to enter this new work each day, and have it be life-altering. I travel deeply in this way, and have to be careful to ground myself, while continuing to travel forward. Today, no trouble keeping the oven hot, it is more about cooling down between the levitational rises. What a delicious alchemical position to be in, sometimes creates a bit of an over-the-top-feeling, but how are you ever going to climb into a new garden? When I was a small child, I climbed 7 fences to get into a yard I wanted to explore. My mother, upset, and feeling I had gone too far, really became a bit of a life pattern. I was always surprising her with a new garden that she had never been, but she often, evidently, but later, happily became part of. I am grateful today for the ones she did. Boldness, it seems to come around a lot more lately, and it is not always my preferred language, although our art is bold and our home is bold. Boldness does not always pay off for me. I have a core voice, and it is strong, committed, and full of color, not always wanted every day in this world, so I feel a bit pushed around lately, because I have learned to hide away a bit and be kinder to myself. Studying alchemy is such an enthusiastic observer of life. The window of one's own alchemy is allowing, providing answers to the questions and feelings that move through us, because we realize they have an integrity of order that displays itself in every moment in time. I feel the enthusiasm rising through me, even before I got up, it is part of how I got up. No matter how much, or where the world is, my cauldron is busy. Feeling the effervescence flow through me marks my Will, and I will find many answers to this day and become the full enthusiasm it needs, afterall, I listen to the Fire, and I make room for Water and Air. Realization is the Air I breathe, when I, as Fire, work with Robert, as Air. Failure is never a potential between us, because mutual harmony is our destinational position. We must, each day, make ourselves available to the elements of each other. This is the constancy needed to work with the elements that work with mutual harmony. We must make room for each other, even in the most volcanic erupting times. I must make the cauldron available, and he must feed it, this is the alchemy of the Soul, this is the cradle of the Imbolc. Very strong position today. This seems to speak to me exact, & it seems to be a partly inside day. We will begin to work on an ancient book that we received 28 years ago, & now have the ways & means to fully publish it. 

"The Story of Never, Ends". It is a powerful book & so today we begin. I find that the Mudra of 3rd finger touching my thumb helps me immensely, when I am very excited & almost impatient. This allows my creative energies to balance in my frame.

Simple is the way for me now. Today Robert & I begin to build the foundation of this book, which is foundational in our work & direction. This quote from John seems perfect. "Earth Seed of Earth, is the terminus of the involutionary chain & therefore the commencement point of the evolutionary chain climbing back into the stars."

Earth Seed of Air: Aspiration

 "Air, the SEED, the deep wellspring (filled with the spirit) & the driving force of aspiration. Do not turn your foundation into cement prematurely, by becoming obsessed with the material elements at the expense of creativity & idealism. Up early to prepare to kayak. This will help with the Aspiration needed for today. We will paint on water. I love using the water from the body of water I am painting on, integrated into the non-toxic water colors.

I love feeling all the life inside the water integrate into my brush. We paint on folding wood boards that support our paper & brushes. We tie up together, to make it stable & float. The float is such an alchemical of Water, Earth, & Air. 

The rhythm of the float rocks us like a cradle, & we are nurtured by this rhythm in our creativity. Earth is the land below the water that vessels it like a Situla, & the water cups up in it. The Air washes through it & makes it run forward, & reaching always for more.

We create small pieces on library cards & envelops that hold our water archives. The rhythm reflects the day & we aspire as the 'Master Mason' to shape the 'perfect cubic Ashlar', the Philosopher's Stone, which becomes the 'keystone' of all human endeavor. The shape of water, always painting our way forward.
