What a delicious alchemical position to be in, sometimes creates a bit of an over-the-top-feeling, but how are you ever going to climb into a new garden? When I was a small child, I climbed 7 fences to get into a yard I wanted to explore. My mother, upset, and feeling I had gone too far, really became a bit of a life pattern. I was always surprising her with a new garden that she had never been, but she often, evidently, but later, happily became part of. I am grateful today for the ones she did.  Sitting here this morning, between the verb and the noun, almost twins, but different by thought. Do you want to make something different, or do you want to be something different? Both, navigating me in some way today. I have made something different, now I must become the noun of something different. Spreading out my feet in front of me, I reach across the distance of being something different, and I stretch across and bend my abdomen into the assimilation of my driving force, that is the noun of me, different. Coming faster into a new rhythm, I must now sit down before I jump up. I am kind of a springy person, springing up from here to there, making sure all my bases are covered. This is so potent in relationship to the Garden and myself. My enthusiastic doer wonders why all my seeds aren’t up yet. My idealistic conceiver has planted a little early, and those big bean seeds haven’t come up yet above the dirt. I know I am a dirt Goddess, just look at my nails. So I’ll have a cup of tea in the Garden and wait patiently, after all I was up at 5:30 napping in my Garden swing with Robert.

Fire Seed of Air: Perseverance

My physical activity has much increased with Sprint, and the ability to climb over, bend down, squat, lift are all a bit rusty, so as I breathe in with the Fire of my nature, I remember this stick-ability is more important than ability, and I give myself a rest from time to time, and allow my Sacred Self to guide me more through than my physical animation, and the Garden is getting done beautifully.  Earth and Air meet each morning for me, in my sacred movement, in the alchemy of intentional Aspiration. In the center of our Square Tree Temple Garden is a circle of blooming May Apples, and a circular table with Marissa, the Dakini Goddess of Abundance. I sit in the red swing, in the entrance temple, and ask to Square the Circle in my life, so that clarity and abundance become a demonstrative reality.  Enthusiasm, one of my most favorite states of being, I feel it always serves me and others. I give it most freely, because I love to brighten the heart of hope, endurance, confidence, recognition. As a Fire sign, waking up into a double alchemy fire, is a bit of a crispy ascent, up late swinging in the garden, visited by night birds makes the morning more pitching. So whatever this day is gong to be, there is going to be enthusiasm and resolve, and the 'dancing as a verb' is not yet available, so I need a boost, so my feet are starting to push up. The day tries to close in early, and I take a deep breath and start moving out; out into my ideas, out into the meaning of my ideas, out into the potentiality and potency of my new ideas. I sit into the wonder of their reach. What new did they call me to see, what old do I need to drop, so I can Begin? Maybe it's disappointment, maybe its loss, and non-recognition. This alchemical position is a Shem for me, when I seem to be moving many things in my life at the same time, and get a bit overwhelmed with 20 directions at once. So grateful the Alembic Egg is about ready to set out into this world. The excitement of it all is exhilarating, but I have to get my ducks of self-care all in a row, and include them in this rumbling time, especially if I am the chick of the Alembic Egg, that is getting ready to break free. Keeping the wholeness of myself more inserted into this day, so that perseverance can be an embodiment I can hold. I think of perseverance as a nice cosy gown that I can move about in, that asks little, so that the stress is profoundly less, because there is less pulling on you. To persevere I must lessen the pull of tension and let go of tomorrow, because today is enough. I am not a weather woman, so I cannot predict tomorrow as well as I can be in today. This alchemy has taught me how to use what I have over and over again. Throughout the year it pops up from place to place, and I have learned that most of what I need I already have. The Garden is that kind of space for us, it's an eclectic garden that everything grows out of, most is used and old, and used again. I love this way of thinking, because it renews the young in me that I need as I grow older. Robert & I exchange this position daily, sometimes I am the receiver and sometimes he's the doer, but it is always enthusiastic. I am so grateful. It's rare that two people can live in this exchange and cross over into the other. Enthusiasm is often can of rare in this world, but we stay in this kind of conversation every day, and especially when this alchemy is needed, as today. We sat outside for breakfast, and because today is what it is we exchanged this to get a balance, and not afraid of raising and lowering our Fire with the breath with our enthusiasm, new ideas, all before coming into to write this blog. I'm starting to feel a bit like a roofer, the way of my Robert and my grandfather, climbing up and down the chimney and roof, I bridge over with one ladder to the rooftop of the chimney next door. Next door being the future. I am learning to balance myself in the two-way stretch, from past to present, present to future, and future to past. This is the alchemy of the every day life, and it cannot be skipped, so get a rope, strap it around your legs, so if you fall you won't hit the bottom, but instead, swing over the abyss and reach a safe future. Coming out of a very stationary pattern, I begin to see more movement running through this stationary pattern. It holds me up in joy, because I have longed to feel the vitality and enthusiasm. I can actually feel the distance of getting from here to there, as joyful and exciting. I can grasp hold of the future gift, and begin to unwrap its ribbony energy of support. [I wanted to thank the over 9,000 kindred people from all over the world, who visited this blog this past month of April. This is amazing to me, and I am grateful.💖] Looks like a good morning for bending into Chi Gong, which enhances this Alchemical Position. Feet on the ground, lifting the body up into the Air element.
