To get to rest I had to get up in the night and do my yoga to help my body be ready to sit into this day. I also changed around my morning practice to be ready to 'Grasp the Day'. "Water nourishes Earth and Earth is Water's Chalice.
The body is our Situla (Chalice) our waters embody in. We carry the current of our original pattern and all its associative origins in our waters. All our dreamings are carried in our waters. Today we ground our dreamings into this momentual in time.
Let us settle within our codial of love, compassion, support, and action. Today a Faraday Cage is being completed around our planet, world, galaxy that will not allow distortional systems to interfere with the clarity of compassion, commitment to love, and radical awareness of the equality of all Beings created.
