The foundation of my day is Gaia. I sit in the garden to paint, to meditate, to work with the flowers, got harvest herbs, basil and thyme, sage and parsley, all these oils, fragrances, mixed with the earth, and then mixed with our work, our painting, our writing, the digital frequency of new patterns, wind, sacred movement, and constancy move this alchemical day into the treasure it is, foundation.
