Yes, so delicious to feel this flow, even before you rise in the morning. Seems like I was inside a round orb filled with flow. I am so grateful for this alchemical delicacy. As I laid in this flow, all at once, I understood wreathing as a prayer, a flow, Holy Basil is what showed me this, this wreathing meditation, that is so water-like.
