Air Seed of Air: Supernal Nurturer

This time is about the watchful eye of our enthusiasm as it feels the full potential of all the possibilities. This is a time to listen closely or you will become over-whelmed. Once I listen, I can start deciding from this place of present, which way the future grows out of.

The present, being a product of the past, will become more comfortable as our past becomes more part of the deep listening of this time.

You learn to do a 2-way stretch that gives presence to your decisions. At this time do not let inner chatter, criticism, or push, make any decisions, wait till you feel the quiet of resolution.

Today is slow, hot, and close, but building. As the day reaches into itself fully, I can feel more of the freedom it is giving. The 2-way stretch limbers me up and loosens anything I have been pushed to tie down. Like Samson, as his hair grew back, he began the 2-way stretch and pulled the pillars of limit he was tied to, until he completely pulled down the structure of limit that had drained his power. In this he ascended to a whole new life that he was ready for.

I have begun to braid my hair as it grows, and this what I have long dreamed of doing. I have braided many heads, but not my own, since I was a child.

Somehow the door opened and it is easily happening. There is strength in this, and a reclamation about the rites of this time, like panther, I will reclaim every thread on my head.

Until then, I will braid my sweet Robert's hair, daily, and love each twist and turn of his power, as he gives my hair the love it needs to grow.

Air Seed of Earth: Squaring the Circle

Squaring the circle is the mental alchemical process of forming the sacred, in a geometrical circumference of time and space.

The cellular memory transfers the fluidity of ideas, into the conceptual allowance of reality.

To mark this place we live in, with the full metric component of vision, the visual confers with the mind of mental alchemy, to conjunct the two into an actual formational format of manifested reality, that can function in space with mass.

We often are thrust into one reality, from the miscalculation of another, and the bridge between the two is not stable.

In this part of the alchemical process, we begin to make square, the foundation of an airy concept, that we realize needs a stable alignment with time and space, so we can change our thin surface to a broader thicker one, and a firm bridge is made between the airy castles and the terra firma of mother earth.

The child that is conceptual becomes fleshed, and a full mind is calculated for the ease of a constitutional awareness.

This is kind of like when a country finally creates a constitution of its wholeness and an awareness of what it is.

It is when we begin to know more of our destiny and intend finally to become it fully in a body.

Fire seed of Fire: Resolve

Fire being the most primeval element is sometimes the hardest for me to settle and reclaim its power, especially since I am fire.

I find that as our day unfolds, the alchemy is not a mind thing. It is a whole moving force and you will move into its levels through out your day, and how you move is according to how you are aligned with it, and its purpose.

Fire is enthusiasm, and when the day first started I did not feel it, but as it moved, it grew within me, and it became a natural expression, not something I had to force.

When we align our intention with our alchemical process, things start moving in their own timing, and the body is ready and the forcing is no longer part of our life.

Our life becomes a sweet process of knowing where we are, and how we feel is exactly appropriate, for what is needed. We begin to trust who we are in this world, and the fire we hold is a creative force we know how to be with.

I am so amazed that the process moves without our figuring. The power is in knowing where we are in the alchemical process, and that happens as we become aware of the intention to do so.

Fire seed of fire is the primeval part of our humanity that is the seat of our joy.

Earth Seed of Earth: Foundation

Earth Seed of Earth is a time inside the alchemical process that calls to us to begin. Our life is continually becoming, pregnant with thought, a mental alchemy, and from this we begin to create, to imagine, to do what we had begun to see.

This day has been absolutely beautiful and I could feel the lift in its very nature. Robert & I began this day slowly, gently, like handling a new life. Then we gradually entered with the food of our assimilation; spinach pesto, popping beans, and making benedictine. These are the foundation of the creativity we will expand into.

We fixed a Caesar's Salad with chicken for lunch, then began to feel more of what is beginning. Very grounded work, even cleaning, will help us build our foundation, because in these times, and right before, it is difficult to think or figure, so we both need to do things we know well, or that will engage us without any extra inner travel.

We later kayaked on water, just floated around, which really helps our bodies expand. We then began, on water, a new body of work that we will draw on water together, photograph the process, and then put in a show.

It was an accordion book, so we started it across, and between, our two kayaks. It was very fun and fulfilling, because we have started a new cycle, and it has moved more room, than any that we have begun before. We have begun on the waters of Terra Firma, which provides a secure foundation, which if tended with care, can support many projects.

Saw a bald eagle above us this evening, as we walked along the river. Eagles are about the big picture and they are over the air, earth, and water.

Ether Seed of Air: The Word

The sacred portion of making life coherent to one's needs is inside the spoken word. This is a time, within the alchemical process, that one knows and feels the full power of the word used as a healing factor for the mind, body, and spirit.

It is a good time for the allowing of the intuitive utterance. A window opens and a fresh start is made ready for the heart, soul, and volume.

The full spread of internal wings pours forth through the air of space, as it gives room to what one seeks in the expression of language.

This truly is a language to reach for, the making of internal valor that knows it's own direction.

I love when I enter this stage of the alchemical mind. In this time I learn so much about what the mind is truly for. The mind is for giving room for the creative idea. The mind is for the language of the word to hold space for the sacred. The mind is for the process to settle into itself and walk around free.

Today I settled into my mind in a sacred way of awareness of the moment of turn, and the sides of my companion, Desire, moved about me.

Intention takes my hand and I ground the details of what I move, as I form the words of my desire and know my own wholeness. Volume cares for me, as if I were her child, and I nest into the language of alchemy.

Fire seed of Water: Vaporization

Rest your mind on everything that is good and it will come to your Fairyboat.

The time of the mist comes from underneath the breath of allowance. The sacred traveler abodes in the structure of the morning messenger, as it rises the nectar of each day.

Vaporization is a process of keeping the fiery substance of one's own humanity available to the watery abode of the boat of allowance.

The very nature of our lives tries to direct the small optimism of this time, as it germinates and begins to grow. The Alembic glass egg (ether) is the sacred traveler, and it is in this time of the alchemical process, that the traveler must be kept warm by your optimism, extroversion and self-expression, and yet allowed later to cool and be attended to, by your willingness to listen.

Firing and cooling the Alembic egg is done when a change is ensuing, in which the flame is almost ready to reach across the abyss of space, on the back of the wind." Dr. John Munford, "Magic Tattwas".

This is the language of the fairytale. It is the time of the mist, the arthurian story of Avalon.

Sleeping Beauty  & the Alembic egg (Beauty, the prince-- fire, passion; the sleep-- the water, cooling; the kiss-- the hatching out of the Cosmic Egg [ether]-- Awakening.)

All my life I have loved fairy tales, myths, and tales of the mystical journey. These tales are always the alchemical au jus of our lives, put into a few pages in which the flame reaches across the abyss of space, on the back of the wind.

Which brings up one of my favorite tales-- "On the Back of the North Wind", by George MacDonald.

Fire Seed of Water is a time of storytelling.

Water Seed of Ether: Synergy

Synergy is marked by a time of detailed communication, which relates empathy, compassion, and deep listening. This stage should be navigated thoughtfully, keeping a steady synergy with all parts of one's life.

Building solid bridges of diplomacy will create an easier volume of communication, so one can be able to give and receive support as a natural flow and rhythm.

Water dissolves the struggles and helps us adjust to the environment we are working, being, and moving in.

This time does not need complete understanding, and the real ease is giving yourself room to adjust to the water levels and movement of the tides.

My day quickly moves from meditation to full movement, to rest, to conversation, frustration, upset in the outer atmosphere, and once again to enlightenment, motion, and meditation.

The task is effortless synergy of all these, in a rhythm of staying in the moment.
