I find this so often that it mystifies me, and I worry that maybe I am too enthusiastic for too many things. I try to tone down my starriness, but it just pops out again. It gets me up early in the morning, but sometimes hard to put to sleep. I do realize when the settling begins and I have learned to sit into it, so I can ground lol the beautiful ways.
