Perfect morning for Earth and Air, up at 4 am to do my Yoga, then go walk the boardwalk and take in the sunrise over the ocean. Bringing Earth and Air together and walking in breath, to console the waters within me, within this heated day. Swinging in the Garden now, to let the creative juices emulate more freely to accommodate some ease in this alchemical position.
